FLUXe at Scotiabank Nuit Blanche
FLUXe was an interactive installation developed for Scotiabank Nuit Blanche 2011 in Toronto, in collaboration with Capital C, and supported by Scotiabank.
We installed a 100′ x 33′ LED screen at Scotiabank Plaza upon which users could paint on using their mobile phones or the Blackberry Playbooks which we provided on site. The brushes that users could paint with were provided by 8 international artists.

I developed all the software for this experience in Java, and used HTML 5 and web sockets to allow users to interact in realtime from their mobile web browsers.
Users could also capture their creations and upload them to our Facebook gallery at http://www.facebook.com/scotiabanknuitblanchefluxe
